Anthony Davis can’t even catch a break in the digital world.
The latest edition of NBA 2K23 is live, and the Lakers star was one of the first players to play it. While streaming the action, the Lakers star went up for a block in the game and came down badly as his player got hurt in the game, just as he does in real life.
For the Lakers this season, LeBron James maintains his spot as the best player on the Laker with a rating of 96 while Anthony Davis is rated 90.
His injury rating is likely to be very low.
On the surface, Davis put up strong numbers in the 40 games he played last year.
In the games Davis played, he averaged 23.2 points along with 9.9 rebounds and 3.1 assists. He shot 53.2 percent from the field, 18.6 percent from three, and 71.3 percent from the free throw line.

While the Lakers have some work to do, Davis should help them get back to playing at a high level.
