Adidas ruthlessly trolled Phoenix Suns superstar and future Hall of Famer Kevin Durant with a short-and-sweet post…all because he wouldn’t wear Anthony Edwards’ new shoes.

Durant may have just turned 35 in September, but the two-time NBA Champion hasn’t showed any signs of slowing down. Through his first 16 games this season, Durant is averaging 31.3 points (the second-best mark of his career), to go along with 6.9 rebounds and 5.5 assists per contest.
Durant, LeBron James (39 this month) and former teammate Stephen Curry (also 35) have perfectly displayed that age is just a number. The NBA is loaded with stars younger than these three, but Durant, James and Curry certainly are far from finished as true difference-makers.
Phoenix acquired Durant in a midseason trade with the Brooklyn Nets last year. They enter Friday’s action with an 11-7 record, good for fifth in the Western Conference.
