The New Jersey home of 76ers standout Tyrese Maxey caught fire on Christmas Eve.
Video below shows firefighters with ladders leading up to various windows of the house, battling the smoke and blaze. The Sixers say they’re working closely with Maxey and his family to make sure they have the support they need.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
Maxey is in his second year out of Kentucky and has emerged as a significant piece for the 76ers, averaging 17 points and 4.6 assists per game.
The 76ers will be playing the Wizards on Sunday.
