Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate have been arrested yet again. The two were arrested late on Monday (11 March). As per reports, the Great Britain issued an arrest warrant for their suspected involvement in sexual aggression. As a result, the two have been taken into custody by the Romanian authorities.
As revealed by the Romanian police, they executed two arrest warrants that were issued by the British authorities. A representative for the Tate brothers said the court will make a decision on Tuesday whether to execute the warrant or not.
The representative described the arrest warrant as a “bewildering revival of decade-old accusations” leaving the Tate brothers “dismayed and deeply troubled”.
“They categorically reject all charges and express profound disappointment that such serious allegations are being resurrected without substantial new evidence,” the statement said. As revealed by their representatives, the allegations are from 2012 to 2015.
Four women had reported Andrew Tate to the UK authorities for alleged sexual violence and physical abuse. However, the Crown Prosecution Service decided not to prosecute him. The alleged victims then turned to crowdfunding to cover their legal costs as they pursue a civil case against the Tate brothers.

When was Andrew Tate last arrested?
Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate were previously arrested back in December 2022. They were accused of alleged human trafficking and money laundering. While they were initially supposed to be detained for just a day, they ended up being in prison for multiple months.
Furthermore, upon their release, the Tate brothers were put under house arrest for multiple months again. When the house arrest implications were lifted, they were banned from leaving Romania even when their mother was ill.
Interestingly, in January, Andrew Tate and his brother won an appeal challenging the seizure of his assets by Romanian authorities, which were confiscated in the weeks after he was arrested.
