Jorge Masvidal and Nate Diaz have decided to run it back. On Saturday, June 6, 2024, at Kia Forum in Los Angeles, California, the former UFC welterweights will square off in a 10-round, 175-pound light heavyweight boxing match. The Fanmio pay-per-view (PPV) event is dubbed “Last Man Standing.”
This highly awaited bout, currently scheduled for $49.99, will take place in Newark, New Jersey, and compete against the UFC 302 PPV program.
For the first time since 2019, two of the most aggressive and striking boxers are prepared to square off. But this time, Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal exchange boxing gloves, a squared circle for MMA gloves, and a cage.
Change In Nate Diaz vs Jorge Masvidal Boxing Schedule
The date and location of Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal’s impending boxing match have been changed.
Initially scheduled for June 1 at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California, Diaz vs. Masvidal will now take place on July 6 during Independence Day weekend at the Honda Center in Anaheim. The Fanmio PPV platform will host the 10-round bout between light heavyweights.

Unfazed possibilities Amado Vargas, the son of former heavyweight boxing champion Fernando Vargas, and Sean Garcia, the younger brother of famous boxer Ryan Garcia, will square off in an eight-round lightweight bout.
Since UFC 302 is set to take place in Newark, New Jersey, on the same night that Islam Makhachev will defend the lightweight title against Dustin Poirier, there was fierce competition for the initial date. Deontay Wilder returns against Zhilei Zhang the same day, while Dmitry Bivol defends his WBA light heavyweight title against late substitute Malik Zinad.
During the fight’s first press tour, Masvidal called Diaz a “diva,” and the two fighters threw jabs. It was an intense exchange. There are worries on “Gamebred” that Diaz might not make it to the bout.
