Joe Rogan was once stressed after almost having his finances leaked during a podcast.
Rogan has established himself as one of the most prominent personalities in the MMA community. He is widely known for his work as a UFC colour commentator. Moreover, he has also appeared in several TV shows in the past and currently runs one of the most famous podcasts in the world as well.
By doing so, Joe Rogan has also earned himself a fortune. As per current reports his estimated net worth is around $250 million. However, money is not something that Rogan likes to talk about often.
During a podcast a few years ago, Eddie Bravo spoke about how Rogan has a business manager who takes care of his finances. Further, Bravo was about to continue along the lines of how the UFC colour commentator could have $2 million before Rogan seemed to be stressed and intervened by saying:
“Dude…(shakes head)”

Joe Rogan was not paid by the UFC for his initial shows
As mentioned earlier, Joe Rogan has been with the UFC for quite some time. He has been with the company for over two decades and is an integral part of the company.
For those unaware, Rogan was brought on by Dana White when he saw him speaking about the UFC fighters.
During an appearance on The Games with Names show, Dana White recalled how he persuaded Joe Rogan to be a part of the UFC when he was still hosting the TV show Fear Factor. The UFC president even revealed that Rogan even did the first 12 or 13 shows without being paid. He said:
I had a VCR… There was this talk show… They had Joe Rogan on there… He was talking about how bada** UFC fighters were. I was like, “Man this guy knows what he’s talking about. He’s smart, he’s funny and he’s articulate. So I reached out to Rogan… We started talking and I asked him if he’s like to work for us as a commentator… Joe Rogan did the first 12 or 13 shows for free.”

That said, it’s safe to say that working with the UFC for free during his early days has certainly paid off in a big way for Joe Rogan.
