Those kind of businesses (NBA) are like toys for multi billionaires. Multi billionaires buy these things so they lose money on them, when they die the family sells the fu*king teams. Cuban just sold you know he bought it for few hundred millions and sold it for few hundred billion dollars. I like taking niche sports that people don’t think work, and making them fu*king work.
Dana made it clear that he likes to be the underdog and make relatively lesser knownthings work. He bought the UFC when no one knew what martial arts is and made it into a multi billion dollar behemoth that it is right now in the world. He also started Powerslap and the company is one of the highest trending entities on the social media platforms.
White has been putting up some of the most entertaining evetns in the UFC this calendar year. This month two major PPV events are all set to go ahead in the octagon and the UFC is all set to conduct its first major event in Saudi Arabia. White is a legit businessman who has taken over the combat sports world in the past few decades.
