Canelo Alvarez who’s been dominating the pound-for-pound rankings for quite some time now is backing Ryan to bring the boxing gold home. The duo hails from Mexico and has been training together for years before Ryan decided to switch camps. Up till now Ryan is yet to win against a big name in the boxing world. This is Ryan’s biggest test yet after Gervonta. He lost to Gervonta as many accused of him of being reckless.
If Ryan makes the same mistake again he might end up getting finished in the same manner. Garcia might want to take some inspiration from Canelo the way he stays composed throughout the course of his 12 round boxing fight. it remains to be seen what happens when Garcia steps into the ring with his opponent Devin Haney.
