2nd ranked Katlyn Chookagian took on 12th ranked Antonina Shevchenko at UFC Fight Night and put herself right back in the title picture with a dominant and record-equaling win.
All three judges scored the fight 30-25 in favor of the 31-year-old who made her return to the Octagon just 3 months after failing in her bid to dethrone ‘Bullet.’
She dominated the action from start to finish, especially in the first 10 minutes of the fight.
Antonina Shevchenko would show off her facial injuries after the loss.
“MMA is a tough sport, but it’s my destiny and I will come back stronger,” Shevchenko wrote on Instagram.
