UFC Vegas 94 will electrify fight fans this weekend at the UFC Apex facility in Las Vegas. A women’s strawweight bout between former UFC Women’s Strawweight Championship challenger Amanda Lemos and former Invicta FC Strawweight Champion Virna Jandiroba will headline the event. With her powerful striking, Lemos will be looking to make a statement against Jandiroba, whose grappling prowess has earned her a winning streak in the division.
Dan Ige vs. Joanderson Brito was the original co-main for this event, but Brito withdrew due to a leg injury and was replaced by Chepe Mariscal. However, Ige withdrew from the bout to serve as a replacement fighter at UFC 303 to fight Diego Lopes. Ige replaced Brian Ortega and fought an entertaining 165lbs catchweight bout in the co-main event of UFC 303.
The card included a women’s flyweight bout between Tracy Cortez and Miranda Maverick. However, Cortez withdrew to serve as a replacement against former two-time UFC Women’s Strawweight Champion Rose Namajunas a week earlier at UFC Denver. Maverick will now face Dione Barbosa.
The main event of the fight night has title implications, while the other fights on the card don’t seem to have any significance in the title picture. Nonetheless, most of the fight cards have excitement written all over it.
UFC Vegas 94 Card Highlights
The main card features several other compelling matchups. In the middleweight division, Brad Tavares will take on Park Jun-yong. Tavares, a seasoned veteran, will be looking to showcase his experience and resilience against the up-and-coming Park, who is eager to make a name for himself. Featherweight contenders Steve Garcia and Choi Seung-woo will also face off in the main card.
Moreover, lightweight fighters Kurt Holobaugh and Kaynan Kruschewsky will clash, each looking to secure a significant career win. The preliminary card is stacked with intriguing fights as well. Flyweights Cody Durden and Bruno Gustavo da Silva will be the featured bout of the prelims.

The featherweight bout between Lee Jeong-yeong and Hyder Amil is also exciting. Bantamweight veterans Brian Kelleher and Cody Gibson will surely deliver fireworks, while Miranda Maverick takes on Dione Barbosa in a pivotal women’s flyweight bout.
Rounding out the preliminaries, lightweight contenders Loik Radzhabov and Trey Ogden will battle it out, women’s flyweights Luana Carolina and Lucie Pudilová will compete, and heavyweights Mohammed Usman and Thomas Petersen will collide in a power-packed matchup.
