Dana White received a Lawsuit from former UFC competitors Jon Flitch, Kyle Kingsby, and Cung Le who came together to pursue an anti-trust lawsuit. The UFC will be the opponent in this trial in April. Antitrust laws are allegedly broken by the UFC to establish a monopoly over the sport and set salary caps for fighters. It claimed to have achieved this by undercutting its workers and outclassing its rivals.
This could have an effect on Dana White’s UFC’s brand valuation after their merger with the WWE to create TKO Group Holdings. The share price could potentially experience a sharp decline if the UFC loses a decision. That might be the case, but White wasn’t concerned about how any decision turned out.
Dana White Issues With UFC Fighters Led The To Retire From UFC
Some fighters completely left the sport after they went against Dana White to pursue their career somewhere else:
Cung Le: Actor Cung Le was a mixed martial fighter before retiring. Sanshou was a kickboxer and professional fighter who participated in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). His record as a professional kickboxer was 17-0. After defeating Frank Shamrock to win the title of second Strikeforce Middleweight Champion, and after the lawsuit against Dana White he gave it up to concentrate on his acting career.
In the mixed martial arts community, Le is most renowned for his participation in Strikeforce, where he went 7-1 before the organization’s dissolution.

Fitch had a 14-3-1 record in the UFC and had made one challenge for the Welterweight Title. Fitch was successful in winning the PFL Welterweight Championship.
He also made a push for the Bellator MMA Welterweight World Championship in the PFL.
Kyle Kingsby: Renowned American professional mixed martial artist Kyle Loren Kingsbury is now retired.

If the business is made to pay any of the $811 million to $1.6 million in damages that are being sought, this might have an impact on UFC. There’s a chance the damages will be treble because of the antitrust complaint.
Should an out-of-court settlement be made in favour of Dana White and UFC all of this might be prevented. However, anyone who participated between December 16, 2010, and June 30, 2017, will be eligible for damages if the combatants prevail. The case also covers those who participated after that date.
