Aggressive punches in the UFC octagon aren’t the only ones defining Conor McGregor. There is more to it, and that’s his exceptional business mind. Recently, the infamous fighter with the moniker ‘the Notorious’ announced the extreme success of his liquor brand called Forged Irish Stout.
In a recent X post, McGregor revealed how his Irish stout business has prospered lately in the last year. The business growth has overwhelmed him so much that he wrote a paragraph to express his happiness. The post read:
“Irish working man with an Irish Stout for the working man! Our partnership with @circlekireland and @ForgedStout has gone so well this year, we are ever grateful, and proud to produce real quality at fair price for the Irish consumer. It is going tremendous! Onward and upward! The creamiest stout in the world, @ForgedStout! Join the army today”
On July 10, 2021, McGregor launched the Forged Irish Stout. The sales were extensively handled at his pub, The Black Forge Inn.
Forged Irish Stout Isn’t The Only Business That Conor McGregor Owns
Dominating business ventures was as easy as dominating his opponents in the UFC octagon for the ‘Notorious.’ Ever since his immense wealth and popularity growth, he has invested in multiple business ventures.
McGregor, with his exceptional business mind, launched a clothing brand called the August McGregor. With the help of David August, a tailoring brand, it produces modern suits for millennials.

While his famous counterpart, Khabib Nurmagomedov, struggles with taxes, the ‘Notorious’ recently launched a music record label. It is called Green Back Records and aims to help young and upcoming musicians in Ireland prosper in their careers.
Moreover, the Irish Forged Stout isn’t the only liquor brand that the ‘Notorious’ launched. Earlier in 2018, the Irish superstar launched Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey. After three years of growing the brand, he and his business partner sold their majority stakes for a reported amount of $600 million.
McGregor’s business list doesn’t end here. He is also the part owner of the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship.
The ‘Notorious’ seems to be eyeing to add more wealth to his bank account. However, that doesn’t mean he is done with his UFC career. He has often teased to return to professional MMA later in 2024. But that’s still a speculation. Will he return to the octagon again? Or is he more focused on his business? Well, that’s another million-dollar question.
