No matter how much success someone achieves, nothing compares to the joy of seeing their kids achieve milestones. That’s exactly how Conor McGregor is feeling right now. After years of domination in his MMA career, McGregor has been spending quality time with his family. Recently, his son, Conor McGregor Jr., earned stripes on his Jiu-Jitsu belt, and the proud father couldn’t contain his happiness, sharing the moment with fans on Instagram.
In Jiu-Jitsu, McGregor achieved a significant milestone last year when his longtime coach, John Kavanagh of SBG Ireland, awarded him a black belt after over 20 years of dedication. Now, his son, Conor McGregor Jr., is starting his own journey.
With a white belt, McGregor Jr. recently earned his first stripe, marking the beginning of what could be an exciting path in martial arts. McGregor wrote, “My son with another stripe on his Jiu Jitsu belt! He is so happy and it makes me incredibly proud to see his efforts! Well done my Champion! Thank you@sbgireland and coach @sbgnerijus! Let’s go @conormcgregorjr.”
The future looks promising for McGregor Jr., especially as he follows in his father’s footsteps. While it’s far too early to make predictions, the world will undoubtedly watch with excitement to see if he rises to superstar status like his dad. With his father’s guidance and his own early achievements, McGregor Jr.’s journey in martial arts is off to an inspiring start.
Jake Paul Wants To Fight Conor McGregor
Fans who are waiting for McGregor’s MMA return may have to wait longer, as his next move seems to be an exhibition boxing match against Logan Paul. Adding to the buzz, Jake Paul claims McGregor and his team had also been negotiating a potential fight with him. ‘The Problem Child’ made it clear he would only consider a boxing or MMA fight if Dana White or the UFC were directly involved.
In his words, “Now it all makes sense why Conor Mcgregor & his management team have been desperately trying to get MVP to negotiate for a fight between us. As we told them them privately & I’m now saying it publicly. The only way we’re willing to explore me vs. Conor in a pro boxing / mma fight. is if Dana White / UFC are at the table directly or make it clear they are ok with discussions.”
