Michael Chandler has sent out a stern warning for Conor McGregor ahead of their clash this summer.
A fight between Chandler and McGregor has been teased for quite some time. The two acted as opposing coaches in the last season of TUF and were billed to fight following its completion. However, that did not happen as McGregor failed to enter the USADA testing pool on time for a fight in 2023.
Moreover, there were questions surrounding Conor McGregor’s return and as the timeline kept on getting delayed mang started to believe that McGregor would never fight inside the octagon again. However, thankfully for the fans, it was later announced that McGregor would finally make his highly anticipated return in the summer of 2024 against Michael Chandler.
While a date for the fight has not been revealed as of yet, Michael Chandler has given his thoughts on the fight. In a recent tweet on X, Chandler suggested that he has become dangerous after he was given a year to prepare for McGregor.
Michael Chandler had this to say: “Give a man a full camp, he’s prepared…give a man a full year, he’s dangerous.”
