UFC lightweight champion Islam Makhachev has handed out a brutal reality check to Justin Gaethje and Max Holloway ahead of their UFC 300 fight.
Gaethje and Holloway are set to lock horns inside the octagon this Saturday. The fight will be for Gaethje’s BMF title. There is a lot of anticipation surrounding this fight. However, many believe Holloway’s move up to the lightweight division to fight ‘The Highlight’ won’t end well.
Ahead of the fight at UFC 300, fans praised the two for their activity inside the ring and criticized Islam Makhachev. Responding to the same, Makhachev clapped back at his critics and stated: “For the record: since 2021 I fought 7 times, while Holloway did 5 fights and Justin just 4. Do your homework before talking trash about your champ :)”
