The UFC 300 is upon us and is set to take place in the sin city of Las Vegas. The card, which Alex Pereira and Jamahal Hill headline, features a ton of UFC champions in the main event, prelims, and early prelims.
It was reported that more than ten percent of champions of all time are featured in the UFC 300 card. It’s been more than three decades since the UFC began its operations. Conor Mc Gregor was the biggest name ever in the history of the UFC.
McGregor is well aware of Dan’s role in building the UFC, and he gave him some massive props ahead of the UFC 300 card.

Conor McGregor has been sitting on the sidelines for quite a while since breaking his leg about three years back in 2021. Despite not fighting, he kept himself busy by expanding his fan base as he worked on his first Hollywood project, RoadHouse. As an MMA fan, Conor is excited for the UFC 300 card. He wrote on X,

Conor was elated at the announcement that the fighters would receive a massive bonus of $300,000 in their fights. He gave huge props to the UFC president, Dana White, to thank him for building the UFC from scratch. Dana White can be criticized for many things in the company, but one cannot overlook his contribution to the organization. After that press conference, Dana shouted, “UFC 300 is live.”

Many in the company consider Dana White a legend. White has been creating some of the company’s most spectacular cards for almost three decades. It’s safe to say the UFC wouldn’t be as big as it is now if it was not for Dana White. Dana also brought the biggest star in the company, Conor McGregor from Ireland.
It’ll be interesting to see if the UFC 300 matches its hype this weekend in Las Vegas, Nevada when the fighters step in the middle of the octagon.
