The card is headlined with a rather special fight. That is kickboxing legend taking on Jamahal Hill in a five round thriller for the Light Heavyweight championship of the world. This is Alex Periera’s first title defense in the division against the former champion Jamahal Hill. Recently Joe Rogan was seen giving his take on the matter.

Joe Rogan expresses his concern over the main event ahead of UFC 300
Joe Rogan will once again take up on the responsibility of a commentator and an interviewer at the upcoming UFC 300 which is set to go down in Las Vegas later this month. Just like the MMA fans around the world Joe is also excited about the bouts which are set to take place in the UFC. Joe Rogan on the main event between said,
I am so interested in Jamahal Hill and Pereira. I am so interested in that fight. I assume it is. Otherwise he won’t be jumping back in.
Joe was seen expressing his doubt whether Hill has fully recovered from the Achilles injury that he suffered a couple months back while hooping around the basketball court. Rogan made it clear that he is looking forward to witnessing the fight live with the best seats in the house. Although he did say that he would have loved if Hill had given himself a bit more time to come back and challenge the title at UFC 300.
Alex Pereira is known for his deadly leg kicks and it will be interesting to see how does Hill deal with his opponent’s deadly leg kicks. Periera has paralyzed his opponent’s legs before in his fights inside the octagon. Jamahal Hill has claimed that he is going to fight Pereira on feet. It will be interesting to see what happens in a future bout between the two superstars.
