UFC president Dana White has claimed that the UFC 300 will break gate records of Conor McGregor at the T-Mobile Arena.
The promotion’s historic card is just under a month away. The UFC 300 will be headlined by a light heavyweight championship bout between Jamahal Hill and Alex Pereira. The card will also feature Justin Gaethje vs. Max Holloway along with fighters like Bo Nickal, Aljamain Sterling, Charles Oliveira, and many more.
Going into the event, the UFC 300 is widely claimed to be one of the best cards that the promotion has ever put together, and rightfully so. Speaking about the same during an interview with TNT Sports, Dana White revealed his expectations from the event.
Interestingly, White believes that the UFC 300 will shatter the gate records set by Conor McGregor at the T-Mobile Arena. For those unaware, McGregor’s fight against Khabib Nurmagomedov and his trilogy fight against Dustin Poirier took place at the same arena. Moreover, those were some of the biggest events ever to be held there.
That said, it will be interesting to see how the event does in just under a month’s time.
