Given the card’s star power, the UFC 300 is set to be memorable. One of the most exciting matchups is between Bobby Green and Jom Miller, two veterans with over thirty wins. Bobby Green is one of the fan favorites in the company mainly because of his uncanny attitude and willingness to speak his mind without fear. Green recently praised former featherweight champion Max Holloway for a rather peculiar reason.
Bobby Green last fought Jalin Turner but lost in the first round after Turner went crazy and inflicted some severe damage on Green after launching a flurry of punches. Bobby will be willing to return to his winning ways in the upcoming days.
Bobby Green heaps praise on Max Holloway ahead of UFC 300
UFC Ace Bobby Green has over forty fights and over thirty wins. Having been in the UFC for so long, Bobby knows how rarely an opportunity is up for grabs in the company. Green, in the pre-fight press conference, said,
Max is a perfect example of my code: Jump on every opportunity. You see us all the time. The other guys like Islam are taking their time with stuff. Guys are taking their time. If you want to be that star if you want to be that guy, you gotta got there and take those chances. Those risks.
Green has taken some big fights on short notice and was seen giving his take on the importance of grabbing opportunities when presented with them. He praised Max Holloway for jumping up a weight class to fight Justin Gaethje and challenging him for the BMF belt at UFC 300. Green clarified that he respects Max’s decision to take up a tough fight in return for massive rewards.
Although he has never won the UFC title, Bobby Green clarified that he loves taking on the more formidable challenges if presented with them. Green is set to take on the UFC legend Jim Miller, who has fought in every major UFC event.
