Pereira became a two-division champion in his first nine fights in the company. He recently gave a reply to MMA GOAT Jon Jones about his callout to fight him in the Octagon.

Two-division champion Alex Pereira’s next opponent is yet to be announced. Jon Jones, the Heavyweight champion of the world, gave out a massive hint about a possible bout against the legendary kickboxer from Brazil. He claimed that it might be the biggest fight to ever take place in the octagon. On Jon Jones’ callout, Alex Pereira recently gave his take. Pereira replied,
Becoming a three-division champion is very hard and not many people try it, but if I have the opportunity, I just want to bring joy to evryone and a better life for my family.
Alex Pereira made it clear that he would claim the opportunity to fight against Jon Jones, the Heavyweight great. In his post-fight interview, he said he wants to take on Jones inside of the octagon in the near future. He would jump at the chance to become the champion at three divisions and establish himself as one of the all-time greats. Pereira will be the first one to become a three-division champion if he is to acquire the Heavyweight title.
Alex Pereira is a natural striker, and Jon Jones is often considered the best chain-wrestler in the UFC. If a fight ever happens, it will surely be one of the company’s highest-selling bouts. It will attract a ton of eyeballs. Pereira and Jones are two of the most famous stars in the UFC right now.
