A while ago, fitness influencer Bradley Martyn started off a heated debate by asking UFC fighters if he could take them in a street fight. This got everyone wondering if big bodybuilders could really take down combat fighters. Recently, UFC 125-pound star Amanda Ribas decided to put an end to the speculation by effortlessly taking down a bodybuilder twice her size.
Recently, a video surfaced online showing Amanda Ribas wrestling with a bodybuilder twice her size and weight. In the clip, she threw the bodybuilder down onto his face with such force that the corner of his left eye became bruised almost instantly.
Her performance clearly challenges the notion that bigger muscles equate to a better chance of winning a fight. Instead, she proved that skills and training are what really count. As a result, she has become the talk of the town.
Reacting to this one fan commented that without MMA training, a person can get hurt no matter their size.
One fan absolutely loved the way she handled him.

While the buzz about Mr. Olympia is still in the air, one fan expressed an unpopular opinion, claiming that bodybuilding is a useless sport.
According to one fan, the bodybuilder was holding back and didn’t give it his all.
Meanwhile, one fan believes that anyone can be beaten with good technique.
UFC Star Nate Diaz Once Humbled Bradley Martyn
Last year, Martyn, who hosts the fitness podcast “RAW TALK,” spoke with Stockton slugger Diaz. During the chat, Martyn asked Diaz if he believed he could beat him in a street fight. In typical Diaz style, he answered in a cheeky way, putting Martyn in his place. However, despite that Martyn remained convinced that he could take Diaz on.
The conversation went like this: “You think you’d beat me in a street fight? [Huh? You’re a podcaster brother.]” While the fitness influencer was confident due to his massive size and physique, Diaz pointed out that there’s a big difference between lifting weights and fighting, a skill in which he excels as a veteran.
Although Diaz’s reply may not have been convincing then, Ribas’s domination over the bodybuilder highlights that to defeat fighters, individuals must first train in combat sports. Only after that can their size and strength effectively come into play.
