UFC president Dana White has opened up about still promoting the UFC.
White has played an instrumental role in making UFC what it is today. For those unaware, MMA was a sport that was frowned upon by the masses during its early stages. Despite starting in 1993, UFC failed to change the perception and was on its way down.
However, it wasn’t until 2001 when Dana White along with his two partners stepped in and bought the UFC. Over two decades later, White has made the UFC one of the most prominent names in the world of combat sports and has made MMA one of the biggest sports in the world as well.
Having been with the promotion for so long, people often wonder how long will he continue to do it. When asked about the same during a podcast appearance with Kamaru Usman and Henry Cejudo, the UFC president said:
“I’ve been doing this for so long that you kinda get numb to it…but it’s still pretty bada**”

Dana White responds to claims of lack of communication with Conor McGregor
Conor McGregor has been out of action for a while now. In a shocking revelation, McGregor accused the UFC of a lack of communication regarding his return.
McGregor’s claims were quick to spread like wildfire and many questioned why the UFC would do it to their biggest star. Upon being asked about the same during the same podcast with Kamaru Usman and Henry Cejudo, Dana White brushed off these claims.
White suggested that Conor McGregor had other obligations to fulfil before planning his return and that is why a fight wasn’t offered to him. That said, it is worth noting that McGregor recently revealed that he has had a call with the UFC about a return in the summer.
