MMA Sensation Valerie Loureda Mounts & Beats The Hell Out of Her Punching Bag To Send A Message (VIDEO)

Valerie Loureda wants to be taken seriously as an MMA fighter, and not just a pretty face with an even better body.

She proved that back in August when she scored a highlight-reel stoppage over Tara Graff at the Bellator 243. Loureda dropped Graff with a powerful punch, then attacked her with ground-and-pound on the floor.

Just in case people forgot what she can do with her ground and pound, she showcased it again when she dropped a video of herself destroying a punching bag.

She also sent a message:
