American MMA fighter Mike Dragich has a day job that most people probably wouldn’t dare get dressed up for.
When he’s not in the octagon, Dragich works as an alligator trapper in Jacksonville, Florida. The 33-year-old is a licensed pro who just subdued a 10-foot gator near a Jacksonville elementary school while around 200 people stood by watching.
The feat has since gone viral on social media, and you can see it right below:
“I see how big the alligator is and I was like, ‘Hey – it’s show time!” he told Fox 35 Orlando.
He also posted the video to his Instagram account with the caption: “Florida man removes 10ft alligator from elementary school!”
The fighter initially tried to grab the deadly reptile by its tail and, when that did not work, used a catch rod to contain it with the help of fire personnel.

“I said it before, I felt like Batman, for real, you know, I show up. I walk out,” he declared. “There are a lot of comments saying I look like Stone Cold walking up to this alligator.”
The fighter’s IG has plenty of other videos showing him squaring up with gators.
On the MMA side of things, he’s got a 2-2 record, with his most recent fight coming in the form of a win against Jaguar West on December 10 at Premier Fight League.
A former U.S. Marine, Dragich has also launched a charitable foundation for veterans who battle PTSD.
