Not even being in the hospital can stop Pearl Gonzalez from showing off her top tier body.
The MMA star was getting set for surgery for a nagging injury when she decided to take some glam shots. Gonzalez was pictures in her hospital gown and showing off her backside.

Finally fixing this injury! Haven’t been able to grapple or kick since, which is why I chose to focus on boxing this past year. Looking forward to be 100 again!!”
Back in April, the MMA veteran signed with Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship and won her debut in June. However, she would suffer defeat at the hands of Britain Hart in a grudge match at BKFC 22 in Miami.
It was the second promotional appearance for Gonzalez, and it seems as if it was her last, as she revealed she will be moving on from the sport.
