During last night’s PFL Challenger Series event, the bout between Mark Martin and Dilano Taylor had to be stopped when Martin’s eyeball appeared to be coming out of its socket. Once the ref noticed the gruesome injury before the start of the second round, he called over the ringside doctor, who immediately called off the fight.
One look at Martin’s eye and it’s easy to see what the doc had such an easy decision:
Tough way to lose for Martin. Hopefully the fight is the only thing he loses, and not his vision.
