Ibrahim Aslan Sezer could be seen suddenly stopping in the middle of the fight to grab his throat but would soon get met with another punch to the face.
Since the punch to the throat was accidental, the first-round knockout victory advanced his pro MMA record to 19 wins against 11 losses.
