The animosity in combat sports often leads to intense rivalries that sometimes result in brutal fights and lasting grudges. Such is the case with Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov. Even their team members continue to harbor resentment toward one another. ‘Mini Khabib’ recently escalated the tension, directly jabbing at McGregor and vowing to kick him and hold his ground if they ever met.
Unlike most fighters, who settle their differences in the cage and move on, the feud between Team McGregor and Team Khabib continues. Fight fans are familiar with Hasbulla, who’s often seen with the Dagestani camp celebrating victories alongside the team in the cage.
Meanwhile, in a recent chat with the Russian YouTuber Adam Zubayrae, Hasbulla addressed his ongoing feud with McGregor. Known for his playful yet fierce attitude, Hasbulla didn’t hold back, intensifying the rivalry with McGregor. He boldly stated that if he ever crossed paths with him, he’d kick McGregor in the legs and, like a man, wouldn’t run away—he’d stand his ground.
In his words, “He [McGregor] loves to hype. He thought he would hype himself up, but he promoted me instead. If we crossed paths, I would kick him in the legs… I’m a man. Why should I run from him?… He’s not an athlete anymore. He uses [drugs] there.”
