While both the athletes looked capable of winning the bout, it was ‘El Matador’, whose vicious punches stood out at the end.
Just when things seemed to be going in Holloway’s favor, Topuria pulled out a thundering blow from his arsenal. Knocking Holloway out, the Spaniard established his reign of dominance to retain his title. Now, after four months have gone by, Holloway is ready to come back to the octagon. Recently, taking to his social media, ‘Blessed’ provided his comeback update.

Charles Oliveira Likely Next For Max Holloway?
Charles Oliveira called out Islam Makhachev immediately after the latter’s victory over Renato Moicano. However, with Ilia Topuria being teased as Makhachev’s next potential opponent, team Oliveira is keeping their options ready.
Dropping Holloway’s name, Oliveira’s manager opined, “If Makhachev only fights in October, I don’t want to stay out for a year. I would like to be fighting [in the summer] against [Max] Holloway for the ‘BMF’ belt.”
