Referee Mark Smith was forced to wave off the fight bout between welterweight Max Griffin and Ramiz Brahimaj after a gruesome injury.

In the third round at UFC Vegas 13, Griffin delivered an elbow that appeared to nearly tear off Ramiz Brahimaj’s ear.
