Once the dust settled on UFC 312, the bells for UFC 313 had started to ring. In what will be a much anticipated main event, Magomed Ankalaev and Alex Pereira will be clashing for the light heavyweight bout. However, ahead of the fight, Ankalaev is making sure that he is keeping the pressure on the champion via his verbal spats. Anakalaev has been taking shots at Alex Pereira for quite some time.
Now, the Russian fighter has made some bold claims regarding the UFC 313 main event. Ankalaev stated that he has never wanted to hurt anybody in his life so badly like he wants to hurt Alex Pereira. He also accused Poatan of traveling a lot instead of focusing on his next fight.
Terming Pereira as a ‘fake humble boy,’ Ankalaev stated, “I’ve been climbing mountains, chopping wood, swimming in freezing lakes and Alex been dancing and making video like TikTok chick.“

This comes after Ankalaev’s claims of standing up to Pereira and knocking him out with his striking. However, despite all the noise from the opposition, Pereira has not yet replied. But he did reply to Jiri Prochazka, who has been accusing him of using dark magic in his matches.

Pereira has been on a rampage after winning his light heavyweight crown. While he has already defeated Jiri Prochazka twice, the Samurai have accused Poatan of using dark arts to win his matches. Re-iterating his claim, Prochazka once again shared his beliefs on a recent episode of ‘The Joe Rogan Experience.’
However, Pereira has outright denied the claims. “All respect to him, but I’m a god-fearing man. I have god in my heart. If we go and fight again… if he will put all of this to the side and just focus on fighting each other, I think we’ll give a much better fight to the crowd,” said Pereira.
