Nina Agdal has had enough.
Agdal, who is engaged to Logan Paul, has filed a lawsuit against Dillon Danis, and she’s seeking a restraining order against the MMA vet following weeks of online harassment on social media.
Danis has repeatedly posted photos and videos featuring Agdal, a model and Sports Illustrated swimsuit cover recipient, as a way to troll her while promoting an Oct. 14 boxing match against Paul. The constant harassment has led Agdal to file a lawsuit against Danis, and she’s now seeking damages as a result.
Agdal’s lawsuit states that she’s “suffered humiliation, emotional distress, and reputational harm” from Danis’ online trolling. Agdal alleges that Danis posted something last month that violated federal and state law.
“Danis posted the photograph — entirely uncensored — from his X (Twitter) account, without Plaintiff’s consent,” Agdal wrote in the suit, via TMZ. “Later that day, Danis reposted the explicit photograph in order to maximize the number of views it would receive.”
The post included “a sexually explicit image of her that was taken from ‘a romantic encounter’ she had” with someone over 10 years ago.

Danis is well aware of the lawsuit as he spoke out on it on X.
“Nina Adgel has filed a massive lawsuit against me,” Danis wrote. “She filed a restraining order against me and is seeking prison time, so the fight is in jeopardy if I’m in jail. This is actually wild but I won’t stop f— the system come get me. Logan Paul is a dead man walking.”
Agdal further stated that Danis only agreed to delete the post after the Misfits Boxing promotion threatened to cancel his fight.
The 31-year-old model also alleged that a post from Danis on Aug. 28 included a video that was stored deep in her Snapchat drive, “suggesting Danis had hacked [her] personal account or had obtained the private video from someone who had done so.”
Her temporary restraining order seeks to have Danis barred from continuing to post sexually explicit images of her.
She is seeking unspecified damages plus at least $150,000 per violation of the federal law prohibiting the sharing of intimate images.
Paul and Danis will square off on Oct. 14 in Manchester, England.
