Conor McGregor has absolutely dominated the trash-talking game, from his classic “We are here to take over” to his “60Gs baby” callout. His ability to deliver iconic lines, like the one about immersing himself in MMA, like Vincent van Gogh with a brush, has made him unforgettable. But even with all his bravado, the beef between him and Khabib Nurmagomedov is still alive and well.
Khabib recently mocked McGregor again, saying he’s all talk and no action. He pointed out that while McGregor is great with words, he doesn’t always back it up in the octagon. On his Instagram story, Khabib shared a video featuring McGregor’s iconic line, “We are not here to take part, we are here to take over.” But right after McGregor says that, the video cuts to Khabib dominating him in the fight, hinting that McGregor’s words didn’t quite match the reality of the octagon.
Resharing it he said, “He spoke, but we came and accomplished things beyond words (Translation).” Khabib’s story suggests how McGregor’s claim was all talk. While McGregor hyped up the Irish takeover, Khabib showed that the Dagestani fighter took over, proving that actions spoke louder than words.
Indeed, the Dagestan-Ireland rivalry is back in full force. Khabib is going all in this time, seizing every chance to mock McGregor and Irish fighters. He’s not holding back, throwing shade whenever he can to remind everyone who really came out on top in their rivalry.
Chael Sonnen Throws Shade At Conor McGregor Getting $250 Million
Before the latest beef kicked off, McGregor teased a potential $250 million fight with Logan Paul. However, Chael Sonnen weighed in on his YouTube channel, saying the numbers are ridiculously wrong. Sonnen also mentioned that there’s no interest from the Ambanis in India in bringing McGregor in for tourism, stressing that governments usually manage these initiatives.
“Not a single word is true, You’ve got to understand, Conor is not boxing (Logan) Paul. There is not a billionaire in India looking to bring people over and change tourism,” he said.
