Conor McGregor doesn’t fight as much as he used to in the UFC, but he is still the biggest draw in the sport whenever he decides to jump into the Octagon with whomever he chooses to fight.
During the buildup to McGregor’s fight with Khabib Nurmagomedov — McGregor was very disrespectful towards his opponent and that included some remarks he made about his native Dagestan and the Dagestani people as a whole.
During a recent media event in Russia, McGregor was in the midst of speaking with reporters when a Dagestani man decided to use that moment to call him out for his words, which led to him throwing a water bottle at him.
As you can see, that man was quickly escorted out the premises as he continued to yell at McGregor. As you may remember, this scene was quite reminiscent of the time a man threw his shoe at former President George W. Bush when he was in Iraq.
