It could have been a hot spectacle to watch for the Joe Rogan fans if Kamala Harris and Donald Trump both turned up for the show. Unfortunately, the exciting prospect will have to wait as of now, as Harris will not be available for an interview with the UFC color commentator Joe Rogan. For the uninitiated, ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’ is one of the most-watched podcasts on the internet.
Renowned celebrities from every genre of professions come to have a quality conversation with Rogan. Likewise, as per a report from Reuters, Harris’ spokesperson mentioned her interest to attend the show. This was apparently an attempt to interact more with the audience and attract the attention of more male voters. Sadly, her schedule did not seem to have synced and Harris has turned down the invite.
A spokesperson for Kamala Harris, Ian Sams broke the news first in an interview on MSNBC. Speaking with MSNBC’s Chris Hayes, Sams stated, “We talked with Rogan and his team about the podcast, unfortunately, it isn’t going to work out right now because of the scheduling of this period of the campaign.”
However, despite declining Rogan’s invite, Sams also mentioned that Harris was ready to go anywhere. To quote Ian Sams, “The vice president is happy to go anywhere and any place to talk to a broad segment of the country.” Interestingly, while Kamala Harris will not be attending ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’, former President Donald Trump is all set to make his debut on the show.
Donald Trump Sits Face To Face With Joe Rogan For The First Time
Donald Trump has been criticized previously for not turning up on Joe Rogan’s show. Being an ardent follower of the UFC, it was a surprise why the ex-POTUS did not attend the show. But all that is about to change as Trump seems to have played his ultimate trump card. With Trump scheduled to make an appearance this Friday, this could well decide his fate in the upcoming US elections.

For that matter, ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’ boasts 14.5 million followers. And mind you, these are people who are mostly associated with sports. A lot of the followers do not align traditionally with mainstream political inclinations. Thus, trying to influence this bit of the masses could be a well-thought-out strategy for Trump. Despite Harris rallying with international pop star Beyonce, Rogan’s podcast might play a deciding factor in the tension-packed days to come.
