After their unsuccessful title match, Jon Jones announced his comeback to the Octagon overnight on his official social media accounts. He revealed that he will face Stipe Miocic, the former champion, in a rescheduled matchup atop UFC 309 on November 9 from Madison Square Garden.

“I usually fall asleep around 3 AM but I also don’t have breakfast until 12 in the afternoon. I train in the afternoon, I train at night, I fight at night. This is my clock. I remember Mayweather had a similar schedule through his career.”

Floyd’s regimen includes a heavy bag, speed bag, sparring, floor work, pads, core exercises, neck training, bodysuit work, and a 5-8 mile run.
Jones trains differently than any other boxer. He uses technology to assist him in his workouts, including conditioning, strength training, cardio, and MMA-specific drills. In addition to all of his hard work in the gym, Jon follows a strict diet.
