Joanna Jedrzejczyk says the swelling has gone down on her face, but there still remains heavy extensive bruising on her chest and face.
Following her match with Weili Zhang at UFC 248 in Las Vegas — Joanna Jedrzejczyk could be seen rocking a nasty hematoma in her forehead.
Even though she appears to be in high spirits, you can clearly see that she has a long recovery process still to go.
“Hello, guys. I made it home. I’m in Poland,” the former champion said on a video posted on Instagram. “I’m happy to be back home. I took a long shower, and unpacked some stuff.
“I’m having a small home spa. It’s a mud mask,” Joanna joked as she showed the discoloration of. “Of course I’m still having so many bruises on my face, on my chest. The swelling went down. I feel better, so we good! We good!”
“I cannot wait to enjoy my family and friends but be safe guys, OK? Be safe.”
