Ian Garry Talks About UFC 310 Loss To Shavkat Rakhmonov
UFC 310 ended with a thrilling card, and though Ian Garry lost to Shavkat Rakhmonov, both fighters proved they’re top contenders in the welterweight division. Garry, who came close to finishing Rakhmonov in the fifth round, reflected on the fight in a social media video. Despite the loss, Garry remained positive, saying,
“25 minutes with the baddest man in the division. He’s [Shavkat] human and I nearly beat him. Someone who’s a dominant grappler, who nearly finished it, OH it was the striker. This fight only further affirms that I am one of the best in the world.”
