Going into the boxing bout, Jorge remains an absolute favorite in the ring. In an interview, Jorge recently revealed his violent intentions for fan favorite Nate Diaz. Jorge Masvidal said,
I want him fu*king dead. I want him laying there for three, four minutes unconscious. His soul leaves then when it comes back, hopefully he’s a better person.
Jorge Masvidal clarified that he wants to knock out Nate Diaz in their fight. Masvidal wants to hurt Nate so badly that he wants Diaz to lie there dead for a couple of minutes, and he hopes Nate comes back a much more humble and better man in the UFC. Masvidal and Diaz are two fan favorites, and it will be interesting to see who will receive the vast majority of the public support.
Jorge Masvidal constantly posts training clips on his social media handle, indicating that he is taking this boxing match seriously. Jorge also teased a return to the octagon ahead of the UFC BMF bout at UFC 300. The former BMF champion has been having Deja Vu since retiring. It will be interesting to see if Masvidal makes a sensational return to the UFC Octagon in the near future.
