Remember the UFC 205 press conference when Conor McGregor hilariously asked, “Who the f*** is that guy?” about Jeremy Stephens? Well, that moment sparked a rivalry that’s been simmering for eight years. Now, it seems we might finally see these two settle their differences – bare-knuckle style!
Stephens reminded everyone exactly who he is at BKFC 65. He dominated Bobby Taylor and won by unanimous decision after five grueling rounds. But the real fireworks came after the fight. Stephens rocked up to his post-fight interview with a callout.
“And f*** Conor McGregor! Who wouldn’t love to beat up their f***ing boss, baby. I’m living the dream!” said Stephens.
The former UFC fighter was wearing a t-shirt that said, “You know damn well who the f*** I am.” Talk about holding a grudge! But McGregor’s quip did turn Stephens into an internet meme overnight.
Stephens can bask in his BKFC glory. His callout to the boss, McGregor, seems to make some noise. The duo never faced against each other in the UFC octagon. Maybe they will face each other now in the bare-knuckle fighting cage.
Conor McGregor Willing To Take On Jeremy Stephens Down The Line
The trash-talking saga between McGregor and Jeremy Stephens began way back in 2016 at a UFC 205 press conference. Fast forward to today, and McGregor’s no longer just a fighter, he’s a BKFC co-owner. Stephens on the other hand just won his bare-knuckle bout at BKFC 65.

McGregor’s actually hyped up Stephens‘ fight. On Instagram, he referred to Stephens as “who the f*** is that guy,” but then he dropped a bombshell. He said a fight between them would be “exciting” down the line.
“Me and “who the f**k” (Jeremy Stephens) is an exciting bare knuckle fight down the line 100%!” wrote McGregor.
A McGregor vs. Stephens bare-knuckle brawl? That’s pay-per-view gold. Of course, there are hurdles. McGregor’s still technically with the UFC. Dana White isn’t exactly known for sharing. Fans would be praying for this fight to happen down the line.
