This may be the most disrespectful and concerning things we have ever seen during a face-off.
A video was shared by FistFights7 on Instagram that showed a face-off between two fighters that was not meant to be as one guy dropped a flying knee to his opponent and knocked him out.
The guy eventually woke up and accidentally threw a punch at somebody else.

The original poster said the fight did not go on as planned as doctors would not allow it.
