Bo Nickal had been a phenom in the NCAA realm. Proving his worth as a wrestling champion, Nickal has high ambitions in the UFC. Boasting of a 7-0 unbeaten record, Nickal has recently made some lofty claims. Reflecting on his future match up, the NCAA phenom called out Khamzat Chimaev.
Now, while there has been no confirmation of a bout between the two, the potential of the same cannot be denied. For starters, both the fighters are sufficiently equipped in wrestling. Thus, a match up might be of significant interest for the fans. In a recent conversation with Chael Sonnen, Nickal made a bold claim.
“I don’t think there is a guy in the world at 86 kilos that can beat me in wrestling. I think that he (Chimaev) is good, he’s got skills. The biggest thing that is going to crush him. Especially against a fighter like me, is you’re going to get tired,” Nickal stated.

Unfortunately, while Nickal’s ambitions are quite strong, fans do not seem to be buying his theory. Instead, they flocked to the comments section to criticize the NCAA champion.

Thus, it is quite evident that fans are pretty much doubtful of Bo Nickal’s UFC future. However, it remains to be seen whether Nickal can prove his haters wrong and establish himself as a force to reckon with in the UFC.
