UFC 306 at the Sphere in Las Vegas is not just any fight night. Dana White is calling it “the greatest live sporting event of all time.” And the UFC CEO has just dropped a bombshell that has MMA fans buzzing.
White is turning this event into a treasure hunt—a $25,000 treasure hunt, to be exact. He revealed that there are “Easter eggs” hidden throughout the main card. The first person to find them all will walk away with a cool $25 grand.
“There are also going to be Easter eggs in each one of these films. We’re working it out with legal right now, but what I want to do, if somebody can find all the Easter eggs, I’ll give you $25,000,” said White at the DWCS Post-Fight Press Conference.
White did reveal that these easter eggs would all be related to the show. Fans would have to spot these in the short movies that will be played before the fights in the main card.
Each fight will exist in its own “world.” And these ‘worlds’ will evolve during the fights. Clouds will drift, fires will flicker, and birds will soar. Dana White is particularly excited about the Mexican theme. He’s promising a Rocky-level experience for Mexican fans. Non-Mexican fans? They might just leave wishing they were Mexican!
Dana White Reveals The Biggest Problem He Faced In The Las Vegas Sphere

Fans might think the biggest challenge would be the seating arrangements or convincing fans to shell out for tickets when Canelo Alvarez is fighting the same night. But White had a much bigger problem—a lighting issue!
“Lighting. Yeah, there’s no lighting grid. So this’ll be the first event ever, in the history of the company, probably in the history of combat sports I’d imagine, where there isn’t a lighting rig hanging over the Octagon,” said White at the DWCS Post-Fight Press Conference.
Dana White, though, loves a challenge. He’s not just hosting fights; he’s creating an “unbelievable entertainment event.” The UFC CEO is out there trying to light up a fight in a venue that lacks overhead lighting and possibly wasn’t built for fighting.
