Dana White has opened up about the first fight he ever watched as a kid.
The UFC president certainly needs no introduction at this point. Over the past two decades, White has changed the landscape of combat sports and made MMA one of the most popular sports in the world with his promotion, UFC.
For those unaware, MMA was frowned upon as a sport and believed to be inferior to boxing. However, over the past decade, boxing has been on the decline while MMA is on its way up.

Despite this the impact that boxing has had is immeasurable. Interestingly, it was a boxing fight that Dana White first saw as a kid. During a recent interview with Lex Fridman, White was asked about the first fight he ever watched. To which he replied by saying:
“I remember being at my grandmother’s house and I think it was an Ali fight.”

Dana White shrugs off claims about lack of communication with Conor McGregor
Over the past few months, a lot has been made of Conor McGregor’s return to the octagon. While promoting his recently released movie, Road House, McGregor claimed that he had faced a lack of communication from the UFC about his return.
Conor McGregor’s claims led to many people wondering as to why Dana White and the UFC are delaying his return. However, White responded to such comments by suggesting that McGregor had other priorities to take care of and that is why he wasn’t presented with an offer.
White further claimed that with McGregor’s movie obligations over, they can finally start talking about his return. Moreover, McGregor has even revealed that he has got a call from the UFC. That said, it remains to be seen when does the Irishman return to the octagon.
