Back in September, Dana White shared two photos on Instagram, one from 2017 and one from that month, to show off his insane body transformation. It was truly impressive but it holds nothing compared to what he is sharing this week.
The UFC president showed off his insane body transformation after already leveling up his physique in recent years. White showed off the impressive before and after shots in a two-minute video shared to X.
The UFC boss captioned the post: “I did an 86-hour water fast and I feel INCREDIBLE!
He looks even more shredded than before after adopting a new diet regimen. He explained that he began water fasting after UFC 295 on November 11 and ran until November 15.
“Obviously I’m not a doctor, but I’ve been told by the experts that water fasting can help to significantly reduce the risk of cancer, Alzheimer’s, and a ton of other health issues,” though he urged his followers on social media to conduct their own research as he merely pointed out it worked for him.
He added: “I feel like a superhero, I feel incredible, and I want to tell you how I did it.”

The 54-year-old said he sought out information from human biologist and bio-hacking expert Gary Brecka throughout the fast.
It should be noted that doctors have advised against water fasting as it can cause fatigue, heart problems, arthritis, gastrointestinal problems, endocrine issues, neurological problems, and much more.
