Conor McGregor doesn’t ever miss a chance to trash talk.
The most anticipated UFC fight of the year ended with an anticlimactic finish Saturday night as Dustin Poirier captured his trilogy fight with Conor McGregor, who suffered a broken ankle or leg at the end of the first round and couldn’t continue.
Poirier stopped McGregor at UFC 257 in January via a second-round TKO. In 2014 at UFC 178, McGregor knocked out Poirier in under two minutes.
Even as he sat in pain, McGregor still wanted to trash talk as he talked about Poirier’s wife being in his direct messages.
