Footage has now emerged of Conor McGregor punching an older gentleman in an Irish bar, which was reportedly over a dispute over whiskey.
TMZ Sports posted the CCTV footage over the violent incident at the The Marble Arch Pub in Dublin that happened back in April.
“Conor walked in and lined up cups for bar patrons, looking to buy a round of his Proper Twelve [Whiskey] for everyone,” TMZ reported. “The problems started when the guy opted out. Conor placed a cup in front of him not once, but twice, and he still refused.”
That’s when you see McGregor throw a left hand to the face of the guy before he’s seen being taken away by his team.
The 31-year-old has not been seen any action in the Octagon since UFC 229 in October, where he was submitted by Khabib Nurmagomedov.
