Conor McGregor has not been arrested or charged with anything, but he is losing out on a business deal due to recent scandals involving him.
The atmosphere in Miami remains tense following an incident involving MMA star Conor McGregor and the Miami Heat’s mascot, Burnie. That punch sent the guy inside the suit to the ER.
Not only that, the Miami Heat has distanced itself from former UFC star Conor McGregor after he was accused of assaulting a woman during game 4 of the NBA finals. A woman claimed he sexually assaulted her at the arena on June 11. She claims that McGregor confined her in a bathroom and forced her to perform sexual acts before attempting to penetrate her. McGregor has denied her claims.
According to reports, McGregor’s appearance at the NBA game was a prelude to a sponsorship deal between McGregor and the Miami Heat but now that deal with his magic spray on their jerseys next season is over.
The NY Post says that the deal is unlikely to happen now.

“Insiders tell us that the UFC champ had inked a deal to make his new “cryo” pain spray the “official pain relief partner” of the team, an agreement that would see the players wear a Tidl Sports patch on their uniforms for the 2023-2024 season.
But we hear that after the series of regrettable incidents execs are quietly letting that deal go down for the count.
“This was very bad for an otherwise crystal clean organization,” said an insider, “I can’t imagine the Heat brass want the Tidl Sports patch on their jerseys — it’s a reminder of the 24 hours of hell the organization went through.”
The woman in question also accused the Miami Heat of attempting to cover up the alleged incident.
Conor McGregor’s behavior has not harmed his standing with Dana White and the UFC as of right now.
Conor McGregor hasn’t fought in nearly two years and it should surprise nobody if it gets a lot closer to three calendar years before he ever sets foot into the Octagon again with gloves on his hands.
It may be best to keep him out of the public eye until this allegation is dealt with.
