Just a week before completing his career objective of winning the UFC gold, he revealed the UFC stars he disliked the most. In an interview given to SHAK MMA, Poirier said,

Dustin Poirier did not hesitate to give out his picks, revealing he is not a fan of Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler. The Louisiana native got into much trash talk with the duo while taking them on in the cage. Colby Covington has called out Dustin Poirier for a fight several times and even made grave personal remarks towards Dustin’s family.
Despite all the trash talk, Poirier never lets it bother him inside the cage, as he has beaten Conor and Chandler. Next week, the 35-year-old is all set to enter the third title fight of his career against the pound-for-pound king Islam Makhachev in the main event of UFC 302. The man has achieved almost everything in the company, barring the world championship title in the octagon.
