The UFC 303 went down in Las Vegas, and the event turned out to be a thrilling one. Alex Pereira and Jiri Prochazka headlined the event, with Pereira knocking out the latter. Initially, the event was headlined by Irish superstar Conor McGregor, who took on Michael Chandler in the octagon. Still, the former suffered from an injury, and the main event had to be called off. The MMA community was looking forward to the return of the biggest superstar in the UFC, and so was Bruce Buffer.
It seems like Bruce Buffer has still not gotten over the fact that the duo Conor and Chandler are not fighting in the cage, as he was spotted donning apparel with both of their faces printed on it.
Bruce Buffer: The Fashionista
The UFC pay-per-view events are incomplete without the legendary commentator and fight announcer Bruce Buffer in the cage. The man has been introducing the fighters for decades now. He is one of the most beloved figures of the promotion in the cage. Recently, the man was spotted wearing a rather dazzling outfit with a colorful blazer and formal pants. However, many noticed Conor McGregor’s and Michael Chandler’s faces were printed on either side of the blazer’s inside.
The legendary announcer has still not gotten over the fact that the Mac and the former Bellator champion are no longer fighting in the octagon. However, it seems like the fight will happen later in his year in the octagon, and the Mac will finally be back before the year ends.
Instead, Alex Pereira and Jiri Prochazka clashed in the middle of the cage during the main event and get involved in an extraordinary striking battle in the octagon. Pereira showed why he’s the former kickboxing champion of the world as he finished Jiri Prochazka in the second round. He successfully defended his title for the second time in the Light Heavyweight division of the UFC.
